Meet Daisy! She is a beautiful female terrier mix. Daisy is approximately 2 years old and weighs about 25 pounds.

Before Friends of Rescue, Daisy had not been socialized with humans. It has taken some time for her to overcome her apprehension of people. She has progressed remarkably well. She will now politely ask for belly scratches and cuddles on the couch. A true love bug.
She is thriving in her foster home, but needs a forever home to continue blooming. Daisy is extremely shy, sensitive, and very submissive. She will need a home that is very patient and willing to understand her sweet personality.
Daisy is completely house and crate trained and behaves just like a lady.

Of all of the milestones that Daisy has overcome, leash walking is not one of them. She is terrified of the leash. A home with a fenced back yard would be perfect for her.
She is comfortable with teenagers, adults and other dogs, but younger children make her nervous.
Daisy finds comfort in her crate until she feels secure in her surroundings. She is a true sweetheart who would love to find her forever home.
