Friends of Rescue (FOR) is an all-volunteer, non-breed-specific dog and cat rescue organization based in Huntsville, AL. Unlike traditional shelters, all of our animals are cared for in loving foster homes instead of cages. This ensures they receive personalized attention and care, making their transition to a forever home smoother.

Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-serve basis. However, our primary goal is to find the best fit for each animal to ensure they never face homelessness again.
